Maintain an updated profile on Upwork with relevant skills and portfolio items. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain consistent communication with prospects. Work closely with the team to understand our service offerings and capabilities. Handle client communication throughout the bidding process. Meet or exceed monthly targets for project acquisition. Stay updated with freelance platform's policies and bidding strategies to maximize our visibility and success. Requirements: Minimum +2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork. Strong written/verbal communication skills. Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored proposals. Familiarity with Upwork's bidding process and best practices. Basic understanding of the services offered by our company. Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
