Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including tracking leads, and managing schedules. Coordinate communication between sales team and customers, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Organize and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other events. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support in a sales environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
