We're seeking People Experience Executives to join our growing team and play a crucial role in making MicroMerger an exceptional place to work. This position involves managing various aspects of HR and Operations, focusing on enhancing the employee experience throughout their journey with the company. Key Responsibilities Manage project HR and Operations functions Coordinate and execute talent acquisition and management activities Oversee employee relations, grievance management, services issues and data management Manage onboarding processes for new joiners Coordinate events, outreach, planning for required amenities Maintain HR tools, documents, and systems while tracking for payroll process management Support field staff with travel and communication management Collaborate for background checks, document verifications and keeping records of the field teams’ daily, weekly and monthly activities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least 2 years of experience in HR and Admin Ops Tech-savvy with proficiency in HR management systems Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work diligently with attention to detail Experience in manpower outsourcing projects (highly desired) Analytical skills to use data for informed decision-making Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professionalism and maturity in handling confidential information DISCLAIMER MicroMerger reserves the right to reject any or all applications or change the number of positions at any stage without assigning any reason or as per requirements.
